Underdog Chamber
The popular Underdog Chamber returns to the MGC for its eigth year, celebrating the forgotten classics either on popular consoles, or even on consoles you have never heard of, that with time have aged graciously... but that you may have never heard of! The UC will once again be featured in its own room within the Midwest Gaming Classic's Museum Wing with plenty of returning favorites and several new surprises!
Apple Macintosh Quake LAN Returns!
While many may remember playing Quake on a PC, the Mac also had an outstanding version of the classic first person shooter, and the UC is planning on networking at least ten Macs together for its popular Quake network in 2011! The Quake Network has been a staple of the Midwest Gaming Classic since David Flemming and his friends first networked a row of Macs together at the 2004 show. Seven years later the UC will continue its tradition of offering the Quake network to both Quake veterans and newcomers alike throughout the entire show. Remember, friends don't let friends bring an axe to a rocket launcher fight!
