Gold Sponsorship Package

Gold level sponsorship is designed for premier enterprises that want their name and products seen by all attendees.

  • Two (2) two-day transferable event passes with company logo
  • Ten (10) single-day non-transferable event tickets
  • Large sponsorship graphic (180 x 80 PNG/JPEG) and link on all pages of event Web site
  • Description of company on event Web site Sponsorship page
  • company logo included on all event print advertising
  • Company name and description included on letter to pre-order ticket holders
  • Company booth highlighted with logo on event map / schedule of events
  • Three (3) pre-approved items for welcome table

Silver Sponsorship Package

Silver level sponsorship is designed for companies that want to increase their visibility at the show.

  • Two table vendor booth with power
  • Two (2) two-day transferable event passes with company logo
  • Sponsorship graphic (180 x 40 PNG/JPEG) and link on all pages of event Web site
  • Description of company on event Web site Sponsorship page
  • Company name included on all event print advertising
  • Company name listed as attendee on letter to pre-order ticket holders
  • Company booth marked on event map / schedule of events
  • Two (2) pre-approved items for welcome table

Silver sponsorship cost: $300.00

Bronze Sponsorship Package

Become a Bronze Sponsor

Bronze level sponsorship is designed for individuals or companies who want to show their support for the electronic gaming community.

  • Sponsorship graphic (180 x 40 PNG/JPEG) and link on all pages of event Web site
  • Description of company on event Web site Sponsorship page
  • Company name listed on event map under "thanks to our sponsors" section
  • One pre-approved item for welcome table
  • NOTE: floor space or tables are not included with this package

Bronze sponsorship cost: $125.00
