2012 Vendor Packages
The Midwest Gaming Classic has a number of different packages available to meet the needs of all vendors big and small. Please read over the information on this page and then contact us when you are ready to register.
We have put together a few packages based on the most asked for features. These packages are listed below. Please look over these to get an idea of what is available.
Intro Package -- $100.00
The Intro Package consists of a single table and one weekend adult admission. This package is geared towards individuals who want to vend at the show but do not require a large booth. Power is not included with this package but can be added ala carte for $10.00.
Basic Package -- $160.00
The Basic Package is one step up from the Intro Package and is our most commonly requested package. This package consists of two tables and two weekend adult admissions. Power is not included with this package but can be added ala carte for $10.00.
Advanced Package -- $220.00
The Advanced Package consists of three tables and three weekend adult admissions. This package is geared for large booth displays. Power is not included with this package but can be added ala carte for $10.00. This package subject to space availability.
Additional Packages and Items
Power. Electrical connections are not included with vendor booths by default. Power can be added to any booth package for the price of $10.00
Admissions. Need more weekend admissions, no problem. Vendors may purchase additional tickets for helpers at a reduced price.
