2010 Midwest Pinball Championship Announced

11/06/2009 • Category: Tournaments

The Midwest Pinball Championship, one of the largest pinball tournaments in the world, will be returning to the Midwest Gaming Classic in 2010 to crown it's fifth champion! This year, the show will crown it's fifth champion and the competition will be intense, as players from around the world compete to take the crown of best player in the Midwest!

For 2010, the tournament introduces a C division to play allowing those who have never participated in a pinball tournament before to have a single chance to play a game and walk away with a trophy...  while also potentially winning themselves tournament bucks to compete in the full Midwest Pinball Championship tournament!

Also new for 2010, the Midwest Pinball Championship will pay out more places than ever before!  In 2009, the tournament awarded a total of eight prizes.  For 2010, that has been expanded to 17 prizes between A and B division with a combined $2000+ dollars in prize money up for grabs!

Along with the regular MPC tournament, the popular Women's and Children's divisions will make their return in 2010, giving the chance for women to compete against other women to find out who is best, and children to get a taste of what it is like to play in the full tournament!

With lots more surprise announcements planned for these tournaments, the Midwest Pinball Championship will continue to a marquee, can't-miss pinball tournament for players from around the world!  If you think that your skills will be the best, you won't want to miss this incredible tournament at the Midwest Gaming Classic!
