Midwest Gaming Classic 2007
June 9-10 - Olympia Resort and Spa - Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
In 2007, the Midwest Gaming Classic returned to the Olympia. Everything that was new and exciting for 2006 became upgraded in 2007. New tournaments were added to the show, the museum boasted the most number of playable consoles to date, new Best In Show rewards were added, and the event was a spectacular success, with over 2000 people visiting!
Highlights
Some of the Midwest Gaming Classic 2007 Highlights were:
- The pinball tournament expanded into two divisions, crowning an A and a B division Midwest Pinball Champion
- A new tournament concept, the Worldwide Shmup Open was added to the show
- For the first year, over 2000 attendees visited the show during its two day run
- AtariAge returned to the show and debuted three new Atari 2600 titles at their booth
