Vallas, Mike

Mike Vallas started as an Assistant Editor for Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM) in 1991 and worked with the company until 2002. During that time the magazines went through many generations and changes with all its subsequent spinoffs and additional magazines. He went from being an assistant editor for EGM, onto various roles such as creating insert strategy guides; becoming an International editor for EGM2; a Senior Art Director for EGM2 and its subsequent transition into Expert Gamer magazine; and the lead photo retoucher for all the Ziff Davis (ZD) Publishing gaming magazines based in Oak Brook, IL.
