Tournament Qualifying Sponsorship - Exclusive Yr 1
This sponsorship includes the following items:
- Four game stations used for qualifying play in the various tournaments on all three days of the event. Stations will consist of a fast response monitor (Alienware AW2720HF), adapter for the console to play on (RetroTink 2X Pro), 32" HDTV on stand, and HDMI splitter for the best possible gaming experience for qualifiers and those watching. These four stations may include a logo on or beside the 32" HDTV, as well as table signage. Flyers may also be placed beside this area.
- Area will be labeled on the map with company name in the description.
- All qualifying for tournaments will take place in this area, with a note that the qualifying area was provided by you.
- One boosted social media post before the show to discuss the new qualifying area and how it was built, with a link to your information.
- One email discussing video game tournaments that will include an explanation that the area was provided by your company, and where they can go to work with you. |
