Register for a booth in our Vendor Hall, see below for how to apply as a vendor.

How to Apply

  • Determine the desired zone, size, and any extras needed for your booth
     
  • Submit your application using the button below
     
  • Upon acceptance of your application, we will contact you by e-mail with a booth space offer
     
  • Your booth space is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment in full and all paperwork
     

Booth Details

Booths start as empty floor space in the exhibit hall; nothing is automatically included with the booth.

Booths are available in multiples of 10ft by 10ft spaces and vendors may use multiple spaces.

Booth pricing is determined by a combination of zone (general placement within the Hall) and if the booth is on a main aisle or inner aisle.

Please reference the layout below for zone locations and main aisles (edges of large aisles highlighted in green). Please note that the booth layout is subject to change anytime before the show.

Tables, chairs, carpeting, shipping, and other items are available through our event decorator.

Vendor Badges

Vendor badges are valid admission to all three days: Friday Preview Night, Saturday, Sunday, and the Official After Party Saturday evening.

Vendor Hall Hours

  • Friday, April 4, 2025: vendor setup only, not open to the public
     
  • Saturday, April 5, 2025: Open from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm
     
  • Sunday, April 6, 2025: Open from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm

Important Policies

  • Vendor Hall applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable $60 fee to be considered. This fee will be returned if we cannot offer any vendor space.
     
  • All physical items belonging to the vendor must be freestanding and fit within the assigned booth space; the maximum height of booth contents is 12 feet.
     
  • Vendors are expected to operate their booth for the posted hours of the event on Saturday and Sunday. Leaving before the close of the event is not permitted unless special permission is given.
     
  • We do not allow booth sharing; each vendor must apply and be accepted separately.
     
  • Vendor booths are not transferrable; booths may not be given, resold, or leased to other parties.
     
  • All booths must be occupied during the public hours of the event.
     
  • All goods and services sold must be legally permitted to be sold in the United States and the State of Wisconsin. Items may not violate the intellectual property rights of others.
     
  • Vendors intending to sell food, beverages, or other consumables must register with Food Fleet before the event.
     
  • Vendors are responsible for determining their sales tax requirements for the State of Wisconsin; we must collect this information from all vendors and exhibitors.
     
  • Announcements for the Midwest Gaming Classic are sent by e-mail and posted on our official social media websites. Please watch your e-mail and review our social media regularly to stay informed.
