Booth Options and Pricing

Game Center booth space is priced based on your booth’s total area/footprint at $3.00 per square foot. A typical 10-ft by 10-ft booth would cost $300. Custom dimensions may also be available, subject to availability.

All booths are designed as a la carte or build-your-own-booth, charging vendors only for what they need for their booth. This allows us to be highly competitive and affordable with our booth offerings.

Booths start with empty floor space. Tables and chairs are not included, but you can rent these through our decorator or bring your own! Access to power and Internet services through the venue may also be purchased.

We will work with you to determine the exact placement within the Game Center based on your offerings.

Vendor Badges

Vendor badges are required for all vendors and their employees, volunteers, helpers, and others for each public day of the Midwest Gaming Classic.

Vendor badges count as admission for all three days of the Midwest Gaming Classic and the official after party Saturday evening.

Vendors shall receive one complimentary vendor badge for each 10ft by 10ft booth (100 square feet) and may purchase additional badges if needed. The regular price for vendor badges is $160 each. Discounted badges may be purchased prior to the show for $110 each and are limited to the number of booths purchased.
